In the unlikely event that you receive a shipping box FROM ANY OF OUR MANUFACTURERS that has clearly been damaged in transportation and damage to its contents is likely, please reject the shipment unopened and e-mail us regarding the problem. Should you open an apparently undamaged/slightly damaged box and find damaged contents, please e-mail us with the details and we will work through the issues with you.
