Back Order Policy

COVID 19 NOTE: Please be patient with your orders. All sales are made to order. With manufacturing difficulties brought on by COVID 19 please allow 2 weeks for shipment to be made for any order. It's Holiday season, so order early to make sure it arrives in time!Orders usually ship within approximately 7-14 days.

Outside of COVID, backorder situations occur rarely.  If a backorder situation arises you will be notified as soon as possible and given an expected ship date. You will be provided the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund if the new date is not acceptable.
