Your satisfaction is important to us. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Unworn Churchill gloves in original condition may be exchanged with 30 days of purchase. Custom orders and gloves made with cream or red leather can not be exchanged unless the the glove contains a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is the result of a manufacturing or website error. Pre-approval is required of all returns.
All hat orders from Black Creek & Silverado can only be returned for damages. Claims for damages and returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be authorized and an authorization number must be written on the shipment. Any hats returned that are damaged due to improper customer packing will be subject to a 25% restocking fee or no credit issued.
Be careful to order the model number that you want in the proper size that you need. Returns of Black Creek and Silverado hats for the wrong size will not be accepted. An exception to this rule is made for mistakes made by CowboyHatsAndMore.com or manufacturing errors made by Black Creek or Silverado. Pre-approval must also be obtained for these returns.
All orders are automatically sent directly to the manufacturer immediately so that you can receive your item as soon as possible. There can be no changes to your order after it is submitted. Pre-Approved Returns Must Follow these Procedures:
- All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of approval.
- Provide your full name and the order number shown on your confirmation e-mail.
- The customer must pay all return shipping charges.
- All returns must be sent in original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Gloves and hats must not be worn other than to try on.
- Any refund approved will be for glove/hat charges only. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
